It’s awesome to see when legendary rockers of old and new come together to perform, and this past Thursday concertgoers in London got to experience just that. Brandon Flowers, frontman of the Killers, was performing at the O2 Academy Brixton, promoting his new album, The Desired Effect, when Chrissie Hynde, lead singer of The Pretenders, made a surprise appearance during his encore. Lana Del Rey to Release New Album in September

Lana Del Rey fans took to Reddit last night after her concert in Ridgefield, Washington, because they couldn’t believe their ears. Del Rey announced that her upcoming album, titled Honeymoon, is set to release this September. Honeymoon will be Del Rey’s fourth studio album, following her 2014 LP Ultraviolence. Joy Division to Release Albums On Vinyl

This summer Joy Division fans and vinyl lovers alike will have something to look forward to. In commemoration of “Love Will Tear Us Apart” being released 35 years ago, the band has decided to release their studio discography with an additional set of compilation albums on 180-gram vinyl.
