Kate Nash Releases New Album, Hits the Road

Kate Nash, a singer-songwriter hailing from England, has released a new album entitled “Yesterday Was Forever” and is set to hit the road for 21-date Canada-North America Tour starting in April. Additionally, she released a video for the single “Life in Pink” and tackles the topic of mental illness in her life.
“I need the bunnies in my brain and the wild parts of me that send me into the black holes,” she said about the concept of the video, “and I also need the self care routine and to know when I’ve gone too far into space.” The lyrics of “Life in Pink” is replicated throughout the entire album, as it is honest and reads like a diary she kept as a teenager.
She said that she wants people to have fun with the new music and to be comfortable in their own skin. “I know that so many people aren’t. It’s really painful to look at yourself in the mirror, square yourself in the eye and go, ‘I like you and I’m OK with being me.’ But it’s so important and it’s fucking liberating when you do.”
Kate also had a knockout year in 2017, with her UK Made of Bricks tour and her game changing performance as Rhonda in the Netflix comedy series GLOW.
Concert tickets are available for her tour featuring special guest Miya Folick and can be purchased here. You can follow Kate on social media and purchase or stream her music on most platforms.
