Experimental music fans, have we got a treat for you today! Infectious Magazine is thrilled to team up with Brooklyn/Sheffield progressive rock quintet Frogbelly And Symphony to bring you their brand new music video for “Before I Die”, which will appear on their forthcoming full-length album Blue Bright Ow Sleep. Check it out below!

Bassist/vocalist Tom Hanley says of the song and video: “The song was recorded simultaneously with the making of this video. So for example the drumming, the guitar solo and other instrument playing were filmed whilst being recorded!

So this little vid is also an authentic document of how this song has been assembled; Like a peep hole in the door to Frogbelly and Symphony’s symbiosis of musical actions. We chose 4 sets, 4 “stages” where we acted out what the lyrics of this song tell the audience in a sober and subjective way.”

Blue Bright Ow Sleep will be released on March 24 via Labelship UK and you can pre-order it on Amazon or Bandcamp. The band is also running a Kickstarter campaign to help pay for recording costs, upcoming tours across the US and Europe, travel costs and more. If you dig the video and want to help, feel free to make a donation and remember: sharing is caring!
