After a bit of a break from new music, Blink-182 surprised fans with a tweet from Mark Hoppus. Check out the tweet, containing his exciting news, below, after the jump. The band has plans to release a new album by this summer, but this tweet was the first clue that such an endeavor was finally being pursued.
