STREAM: Foxygen “24 Hour Lover Man”

Indie rock band, Foxygen, have shared a new song entitled “24 Hour Lover Man.” The song is a somewhat sloppy, low-fi track reminiscent of Jimi Hendrix‘s “Manic Depression.” The song’s bizarre lyrics that a few listens to sink in and no matter how hard you try, there’s no way to prepare for what you’re about to lsiten to. Foxygen are on tour after releasing the album We Are the 21st Century Ambassadors of Peace and Magic earlier this year, a follow up to their brilliantly tittled 2011 EP– EP 2011. Unfortunately the band has cancelled weeks worth of shows this month.  On the bright side, you can watch the lead singer stumble through a graveyard in their new psychedelic video for “We are the 21st Century Ambassadors of Peace and Magic”. Jonathan Rado, one half of psychedelic indie-pop duo Foxygen, has announced that he will be releasing a solo album titled, Law and Order, set for a release date of September 3 via Woodsist Records. The release of Rado’s solo album does not mean anything for Foxygen. Foxygen “No Destruction” Music Video

Earlier today the psychedelic garage-pop duo known as Foxygen released a music video for the song, “No Destruction,” off their 2012 release, We Are The 21st Century Ambassadors Of Peace & Magic. Something that makes this video a bit different than most other music videos is that it has been eight years in the making.
