Chunk! No, Captain Chunk! Announce Mexican Tour

Chunk, No Captain Chunk! have announced a short Mexican tour scheduled for this June. The tour kicks off June 5 in Monterrey, Nuevo León and will go through Distrito Federal before winding down in Guadalajara, Jalisco. Jack White Named Honorary Dean At Music Academy

Jack White has been named an Honorary Dean at Mexico City’s Fermatta Music Academy, making him the first Honorary Dean in the history of the Academy. At the Fermatta’s 20th anniversary celebration last week, White made a surprise appearance to give a speech about his family, songwriting, and the influence of Detroit in his life. All Time Low Postpone Brazil & Mexico Shows

All Time Low, in the midst of their summer tour, have unexpectedly had to postpone dates for upcoming shows due to conflicts with their organizers Web Rockers.  Web Rockers is in charge of the festival the band was supposed to perform in in Sao Paolo, Brazil called Next Generation Fest 3 from July 27-28.  The festival has been rescheduled to some time in December (all tickets remain valid).  Another show on July 24 in Mexico City has also been postponed to December.  Full statement from the band after the jump….
