Outside Lands Releases 2015 Lineup

Spring has sprung again, and thus Outside Lands has released its 2015 lineup. The 3-day festival will take place August 7-9th in San Francisco’s beautiful Golden Gate Park. Paul McCartney Announces First UK Tour In Three Years

Paul McCartney, sure isn’t slowing down anytime soon. The English singer has announced that he will be back in Europe this summer for nine special tour dates. The shows will be his the first UK performances since his he played at the Royal Albert Hall in 2012. McCartney will begin the tour in London on May 23 and will travel throughout the UK and Europe before finishing off the tour in Stockholm on July 9. George Harrison’s Beetle Infested Memorial Tree Has Been Replaced

On Wednesday, one of rock and roll’s most famous dead tree has been replaced. Last year, the Canary Island pine tree originally planted in memory of George Harrison in 2004 died after a severe beetle infestation. The fallen tree has been replaced by a 10-foot tall yew pine on February 25, which would have been Harrison’s 72nd birthday. Joe Cocker Dies At 70 Years Old

The music world got a shock yesterday when we found out that the legendary Joe Cocker had passed away. He died of lung cancer at the young age of 70.
