Arcade Fire’s Win Butler Responds To “We Exist” Music Video Criticism

Earlier this month, Arcade Fire released their music video to “We Exist” in which Andrew Garfield, star of “The Amazing Spider-Man” franchise, portrays the character of a young person struggling with gender identity. Via Twitter, Against Me! founder Laura Jane Grace criticized the band’s decision to cast Andrew Garfield instead of a transgender person for the role in the music video. Arcade Fire Announce North American Tour

Arcade Fire have announced a 2014 North American tour in support of their new album, Reflektor. The record reached number one on the Billboard charts after its release on Oct. 29. You can purchase a CD here. The tour will kick off on Mar. 6 in Louisville, K.Y. and include stints at the South American Lollapalooza and three European festivals. Tickets will go on sale Nov. 22.
