Nate Mendel Of Foo Fighters To Release Debut Album of New Side Project “Lieutenant”

Foo Fighters bass player Nate Mendel has announced plans for a debut album with solo project Lieutenant. The former Sunny Day Real Estate man will release “If I Kill This Thing We’re All Going To Eat For a Week” in March via Dine Alone Records. It will also feature Chris Shifflett (Foo Fighters), Jorma Vik (The Bronx), Paul Wilson (Snow Patrol) and several others.
