The Smashing Pumpkins Perform “Drum + Fife” on The Tonight Show

I’ll admit it; my age has put me at a fault here. I’d love to say I’m a fan of The Smashing Pumpkins, but I’m too young to really say so. (Also I’ve never heard them called The Smashing Pumpkins, just Smashing Pumpkins. It’s a bit weird with the “the”. Anyway…) They’re a band whose hits have stuck around, but for he majority of the public that’s all they know. You could play “Today” or “1979” and anyone around my age would nod and say, “oh yeah, I’ve totally heard…

So to all you cool kids out there hoping…
