Razor & Tie Signs Sylar

Razor & Tie has signed Sylar. The band will be releasing their debut studio album, To Whom It May Concern, in the spring. Caleb Shomo produced the album. Razor & Tie is one of the largest privately owned independent music labels in North America. The label was founded in 1990 by Cliff Chenfeld and Craig Balsam.
