Last we spoke, we were in Pomona about ready to hit the stage at The Glass House! What an awesome show! I honestly think it was one of the best shows we have played in a long time. We had a lot of familiar faces in the crowd which is always fun, but also a lot of new ones, and everyone seemed really into it and excited to be there for the show. At one point I got down onto the photo pit railing and rocked out with the crowd which was fun. I almost went crowd surfing against my will! haha it was awesome. We will definitely be back at the Glass House again soon.
The next night (Sunday) was the last night of the tour! It was our hometown show and we couldn’t have been more excited. We’ve played the Roxy a hundred times but there was a new kind of energy there that night. We played a longer set than usual, ending with one of the first songs we ever wrote called “No One Has To Know”. It’s a pretty epic 6 minute song, and the crowd went nuts. I played a floor tom at the end which was super fun and got everyone that much more into it I think. After the set we watched Red Jumpsuit for the last time. After their set we took some group photos and said our goodbyes. There is something bitter sweet about the last night of a tour. You are happy to be home, but now it’s Tuesday and I already can’t wait to get back on the road!
Thanks for coming along on this journey with us! Hope to see you all soon!
