10 years marks a lot of things in a lifetime, much more in the realm of music and influential albums such as Bayside‘s The Walking Wounded. Released in 2007, The Walking Wounded allowed Bayside to step onto the pop punk scene, with their newly solidified line up of Anthony Raneri (vocals, guitar), Nick Ghanbarian (bass), Jack O’Shea (guitar), and Chris Guglielmo (drums), and represented a new beginning for the quartet hailing from Queens, NY. The album holds a lot of sentimental value to the band, as Anthony Raneri elaborated on the anniversary and tour by stating, “The Walking Wounded was a really important record for us both personally and career wise. It was the record that got us back on our feet after our accident and also marked a big breakout for us professionally”.
For the ten year anniversary of this album, Bayside are hitting the road for a set of intimate shows, spanning dates in the U.S and the U.K beginning from September 6th through December 9th of 2017. Bayside also released their seventh studio album Vacancy, available now.
