Evanescence To Play Their First Show In Three Years

evanescenceEvanescence have officially been on hiatus since 2012. The band, however, have recently been added to Ozzfest Japan’s lineup. The November 21 performance will be at Tokyo’s Makuhari Messe Arena and will mark their first performance since November of 2012. The band’s last album was their self-titled in 2011. Since then, the band was released from its deal with Wind-up Records and have chosen to remain unsigned.

Korn is headlining the November 21 Ozzfest Japan date with support from Evanescence. Black Sabbath was originally set to headline the November 22 date, but has since been replaced by a performance from Ozzy Osbourne and friends. Make sure to check back soon for more updates.
