Fruit Smoothies with Variations
Servings: 5

1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed
milk (NOT vaporized milk).
1 (8 ounce) container plain yogurt.
1 little banana, cut up.
1 cup fresh or frozen entire strawberries.
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple loaded.
with juice, cooled.
2 tablespoons lemon juice from concentrate.
1 cup ice.
Cut in half fresh strawberries, optional.

Chill sweetened condensed milk.

In mixer container, integrate sweetened condensed milk, yogurt, banana, entire strawberries, pineapple with its juice and lemon juice from concentrate; cover and mix till smooth.

With mixer running, slowly include ice, mixing up until smooth.

If wanted, garnish with halved strawberries. Serve instantly.

Strawberry Smoothies.
Leave out banana and crushed pineapple. Continue as directed.

Peach Smoothies.
Leave out strawberries and pineapple. Include 2 cups fresh or frozen sliced up peaches. Continue as directed.

Secret Lime Smoothies.
Leave out strawberries, pineapple and lemon juice from concentrate. Include 1/3 cup Key lime juice.

Leave out strawberries and pineapple. Leave out strawberries, pineapple and lemon juice from concentrate. Include 1/3 cup Key lime juice. Tint with green food coloring if wanted. Garnish with lime if wanted.
